At DEFC we are fortunate to have the support of many good people, some go above and beyond, none more so than David Sowersby owner Walshe & Whitelock Real Estate.

David gave ten years of service to the Committee and continues to volunteer his time and talents organising major fundraisers, recruiting and one line retorts.

David has also been a major sponsor of our club for the past 18 years, where he has enjoyed watching both his sons, Michael and Peter play their football.  

David is a valued life member at Doncaster East FC, he is also a life member of Beverley Hills Junior FC, Glen Waverley FC and Glen Waverley CC, where he still pulls on the whites and likes to have a bat.

Away from DEFC David likes to raise funds for Lady of the Pines and St Anne’s Primary School are at the early stages of his generosity.
